Honeywell House To Welcome Artist Bruce Langton

Posted
WABASH – Internationally acclaimed artist and illustrator Bruce Langton will present a program at the Honeywell House Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Sponsorship for this program is provided by Woods Framing and Art.
Langton’s multimedia program at the Honeywell House will profile his career as a professional artist. He will also demonstrate his artistry by drawing a picture for the audience.
After several unsuccessful attempts to win the coveted Duck Stamp award, Langton’s list of awards now numbers more than 20. Langton will also describe the artistic process from sketch to completion, show images of his home art studio, and display samples of his stunning artwork.
You may recognize Bruce Langton from his solo exhibit at the Clark Gallery in early 2010 and as an artist-in-residence with the Honeywell Center’s Educational Outreach program.
The event is free of charge and open to the public. Call 260-563-2326, Ext. 21, for reservations.
The Honeywell House is the former home of Mrs. Mark C. Honeywell and is now operated as a cultural house museum in Wabash. The house is owned and operated by the Honeywell Foundation, a non-profit organization that also operates the Honeywell Center and Eagles Theatre.
