Due to increasing COVID-19 positivity rates within Kosciusko County, First Friday Warsaw’s Hometown Holly Days and Twinkle Parade have been canceled this year.
A Christmas tree lighting, Salvation Army drop box collections, and merchants’ extended holiday shopping hours are still in the works.
