The community must have been in the Christmas spirit as a large crowd turned out for First Friday downtown Warsaw Friday night, and then followed the Twinkle Light Parade down to Central Park for “Light Up the Night.” Top photo – Warsaw Public Works trucks were decorated with lights as part of the parade.
