Keynote speaker for the Kosciusko Republican Party Lincoln Day Dinner will be Indiana Lt. Gov. Eric Holcomb. The dinner will be April 28 at Champagne Jam, 2517 E. Center St., Warsaw. Cocktails are at 6:30 p.m., with dinner at 7 p.m. Dinner is $50 per person.
