Kosciusko Superior Court 1 Judge Duane Huffer gave a brief history of Kosciusko County jails during the dedication ceremony Sunday for the historial jail marker outside the Jail Museum. After the ceremony, former sheriffs and jail matrons posed in front of the new marker.
