Blakeley Marie Hisner was born at 11:31 a.m. Sept. 21, 2012, to Erik and Jessica Hisner South Whitley. Born at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, she weighed 9 pounds and measured 21.5 inches. Grandparents are John and Anne Fox, Akron, and Randy and Cheryl Hisner, Decatur. Great-grandparents are: Jule Dwornik, Kouts; Parnell and Ann Hisner, Fort Wayne; and Lee and Sallie Bosler, Angola. Blakeley is the couple’s first child.
