Kosciusko County officer Steve Knispel wades out to rescue a stranded motorist this morning on CR 550S, east of Ind. 15. The vehicle became stuck in high water after the driver, Darren S. Kline of Claypool, attempted to cross. Heavy rains caused sporadic flooding in the county and Warsaw street department officials were filling sandbags as a preventive measure because Pike Lake was rising to near flood levels.
