Warsaw Community High School couldn't take attendance by computer today.
Over the weekend, someone broke into the school and used a hammer to destroy one of the school's servers.
Entry into various rooms in the building was made through the ceiling. The person(s) also attempted to steal money from the bookstore and bookkeeper's office, according to Principal Dr. Jennifer Brumfield.
The main office also was broken into.
Attendance had to be taken the "old-fashioned way," by paper, she said.
According to a Warsaw Police Department report, a glass window pane was pushed out of an unspecified door and foot prints were evident on a stage floor.
The investigation is continuing.
