Editor, Times-Union: Mr. Trump may think that the election is rigged or fixed, but both parties have denounced that theory. The problem is most elections are fixed one way or the other. Several years ago the Walking Dead voted in a neighborly state. Then the Black Panthers stood outside polling stations; another time without voter ID a busload of people went to several different polling stations to vote. Every 10 years the state draws up congressional districts based on the party that is in charge or in power. This is called gerrymandering.
