The Heritage Gathering Primitives and Antiques Show, sponsored by the Pierceton Chamber of Commerce, will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Whitko Middle School, Ind. 5, Larwill, near U.S. 30. This year’s show offers many primitive handmade items and antiques. All vendors are juried. The committee looks for antiques and primitive handmade vendors to offer visitors for this show. There are 25 vendors and 36 spaces to browse through. At 11 a.m. in the foyer of the school, Kerry Hippensteel, professional landscaper and antique collector, will teach a class on how to make a 24-feet fresh greenery wreath. Attendees will be able to take home an 18-inch wreath made in class. Class cost is $18 for all supplies and instructions. Shop local in Pierceton at the antiques, jewelry and specialty shops decked out for Christmas and ready to supply you with gifts for friends and family on your list.
