Herbert 'Herbie' P. Davidson

ROCHESTER – Herbert “Herbie” P. Davidson, 84, of Rochester, died at 7:44 p.m. June 13, 2013, in his residence. He was born Sept. 2, 1928, in Peru, to Samuel and Louise Adamson Davidson. Surviving are two daughters, Angela Davidson, Rochester, and Christine (and spouse Rick) Stahl, South Bend; two sons, Ronald (and spouse Sonya) Davidson, Walkerton, and Shawn Davidson, Indianapolis; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a sister, Patricia Livingston, Ga.; and a brother, Russ (and spouse Karen) Davidson, Rochester. He was preceded in death by his wife, a son, a sister and three brothers. Services will be at noon Tuesday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Jerry Pitman officiating. Military rites will be conducted by members of the Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor Guard. A commital service will be at 2:30 p.m. in Walkerton Cemetery.
