Henry E. Elliott, 68, Warsaw, went to be with the Lord at 6:55 p.m. Feb 2, 2012, in his home surrounded by family and friends. 
He was born July 8, 1943 in Dwell, Ky., to Orval and Mary Belle Stephens Elliott. On April 8, 1996, in Prestonsburg, Ky., he married Brozie Slone, who survives.
He served in the U.S. Army with the 6th Battalion 62nd Artillery and was honorably discharged April 12, 1967. He spent most of his life in Warsaw and was a self-employed flooring contractor for 40 years, retiring in 2005.
He enjoyed hunting and sporting clay shooting. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association, Ohio Gun Collectors, Kosco Gun Club, National Sporting Clay Association, Moose Lodge and VFW Post 1126.
Also surviving are a daughter, Tracy Lostrom, Warsaw; four brothers: James Elliott, John (and spouse Linda) Elliott, all of Warsaw; Bill (and spouse Dorothy) Elliott, Packerton; Tomm Elliott, Liott, Tenn.; two sisters, Anna Jo (and spouse Paul) Blair, Warsaw; Linda Justice, Etna Green; and three grandchildren: Keagan Curtis, Breanna Schneider and Delannie Collins. He was preceded in death by his father, Orval Elliott, who died Feb. 9, 2001; his mother, Mary Belle Elliott, who died Sept. 5, 1996; and his brother-in-law, Sherrill Justice, who died Dec. 28, 2011. 
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. William Whitaker officiating. Calling is from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Military honors will be conducted by Warsaw’s American Legion Post 49 and VFW Post 1126.
