Henrietta Myer, 70, passed away at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 15, 2015, at Miller's at Oak Pointe, Columbia City. She was born Dec. 4, 1945, in Watergap, Ky., to Henry and Bessie Hall Wallen. She was a resident of Silver Lake for the past eight years and was a homemaker. Surviving are a son, Larry Todd Myer, Silver Lake; a daughter, Jean Myer, Silver Lake; her father, Henry Wallen, Warsaw; her sister, Frances Wallen, Terrell, Texas; and a brother, William Ray (and spouse Sally) Wallen, Panama City, Fla. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Wallen, on Dec. 18, 2013; and a brother, Donald Eugene Wallen, on April 4, 2013. Services were at 2 p.m. today at Titus Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dean Ealey, Early Apostolic Bible Training Center, Claypool, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Silver Lake.
