Helen Marie Sabo, 88, formerly of Etna Green, died Jan. 1, 2026, in the care of Autumn Ridge Rehab in Wabash.
She was born Oct. 26, 1937, in Dexter, Ohio, to William “Doug” Ellsworth Chaney and Maggie Belle McLaughlin Chaney. Helen married Jimmie Lee Sabo on Oct. 26, 1958, in Trimble, Ohio; he died Nov. 1, 2010.
Helen’s life will be celebrated privately by her family. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
