SYRACUSE - Helen L. Priddy, 94, of Cromwell, died at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 27, 2011, in I.U. Health Goshen Hospital, Goshen.
She was born Feb. 19, 1917, in Lebanon, Ill., to Lee Edward and Florence McDonald Walker. On Nov. 2, 1935, she married Henry Priddy, who died in 1984.
She grew up in Illinois and attended public schools in Webster Grove, Ill. She retired in 1979 as a cook from McDonald Douglass Aircraft, St. Louis, Ill. She lived in Lebanon, Ind., from 1979-2001, until she moved to Syracuse and then to Cromwell in 2008. She was a member of United Pentecostal Church, Syracuse, and formerly attended the Syracuse Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and an infant sister.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster, with the Rev. Craig Fitchley officiating. Burial will be in North Webster Cemetery (Mock Addition).
