NORTH MANCHESTER – Helen J. Garner, 89, North Manchester, died at 9:59 p.m. Feb. 24, 2016, in Timbercrest Senior Living Community, North Manchester. She was born Sept. 27, 1926, in Akron, Ohio, to Nicholas and Sophia Archer Yeager. On Dec. 17, 1949, she married Dr. Warren K. Garner, who survives. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Timbercrest Chapel, North Manchester, with Pastor Ron Burns officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester.
