NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to each interested party in the estate of Robert S. Taylor, that:
1. The petition of Timothy A. Taylor for an order determining heirship in the estate of Robert S. Taylor, originally scheduled for March 12, 2021, has been rescheduled and will be heard by this Court on March 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in this Court, located at 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
2. Any person not named in the Petition for Determination of Heirship, who wishes to prove that he or she is an heir, or has a claim through an heir, of Robert S. Taylor, deceased, must appear at the time and place described above and present his or her proof.
3. If you have any objection to the petition, you must submit it in writing on or before the date set for the hearing. If you fail to do so a judgment will be entered in accordance with the relief requested in the petition.
4. Following the hearing, and on the basis of evidence presented at it, the court will enter an order determining the heirs of Robert S. Taylor and their respective interests in her estate.
