Hefner Smiling?

Editor, Times-Union:
The Times-Union reported that Hugh Hefner recently died of natural causes at the age of 91 at his home in Los Angeles surrounded by his family.
However, there is no word if there were any playmates there, or if there was any smile on his face when he passed.
I also wonder when he meets God on Judgment Day, and God does a rerun on his life, if he will still have a smile on his face. Just wondering.
