Alyssa Ciriello, 5-1/2, breaks the ribbon to start the annual American Heart Association Walk Saturday from Winona Lake Park. Nearly 350 people participated in the annual event. Ciriello and two other "red caps" - survivors of heart problems or stroke - were chosen to lead the walk. Organizers said the goal of $15,000 was met and, after totaling the money collected, may exceed that amount. Photo by Gary Nieter - Times-Union
