NOTICE OF HEARING ON COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA SANDRA H. BARTIZAL, Plaintiff vs. HEIRS OF JOHN S. SAEMANN, JR (Deceased) DEBRA EDITH TURNER, JULIA COOPER SAEMANN AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS HAVING INTEREST THEREIN, Defendants CAUSE NO: 43COI-1302-PL-16 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiff in the above-entitled cause, Sandra H. Bartizal, filed in the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, her Complaint to Quiet Title against the above-named Defendants, together with the Affidavit of a competent person that, upon diligent inquiry, the addresses of the above Defendants is unknown by Plaintiff; that a cause of action exists against all of the Defendants; that all of said Defendants are necessary parties to the action; and that said action is instituted and prosecuted for the purpose of quieting title as against all Defendants, claims and claimants whomsoever and against the world to the following described real estate in said Complaint, and situate in Franklin Township, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to-wit: A tract of land in Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning seven hundred fifty (750) feet West of the North Quarter post of Section 35, Township 31 North, Range 4 East; thence running East three hundred and thirty (330) feet; thence running South thirty-two (32) rods; thence running West three hundred and thirty (330) feet; thence running North thirty-two (32) rods to the place of beginning and containing four (4) acres, more or less. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to each and all of the said defendants that you must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing on or before April 30, 2013, that being more than thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice, and if you fail to do so, a Judgment may be entered against you upon your default for the relief the Plaintiff has demanded.
