Editor, Times-Union: This is in regards to the headlights letter by Mr. Rob Edling. Your letter is right on, Mr. Edling. There’s a lot of dim bulbs out there when it comes to driving. I believe they should be on whenever driving. Your way old cars and trucks usually don’t have lights on warning when you shut down. You have to remember to do it. BMV should make it law – wipers on, lights on. Last but not least, use your turn signals whenever turning, parking lots, mall roads, exits, merging, etc. Your fellow drivers will appreciate you. At least I will. Tailgating can be very dangerous, too. Drive safe. Wayne Miller Warsaw
