Max Courtney, president of Mutual Federal Savings Bank, washes an employee's car Friday in front of the bank at 219 W. Market St. in Warsaw. Mutual Federal is a United Way pacesetter company this year, and Courtney offered to wash the cars of all his employees if they reached their goal. The enticement apparently worked as Courtney was busy scrubbing most of the morning. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
