SYRACUSE - Harry M. Feaster, 76, died at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 7, 2008, in Warsaw Meadows, where he resided.
He was born Jan. 7, 1932, in New Paris, to Virgil and Hazel Angel Feaster. He married Elizabeth Pearl, who preceded him in death.
Moving to North Webster from Bonita Springs, Fla., he was a self-employed contractor. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a very colorful person and loved making others laugh. He always had a joke to share or a song to sing. He was a lifetime member of Moose Lodge and a former member of Eagles Lodge.
Surviving are a son, Michael (and spouse Melody) Feaster, Warsaw; nine grandchildren: Scott, Jeff, Troy, Josh, Tami, Amy, Shauna, Joni and Jared; and a daughter-in-law, Nancy Feaster. He was preceded in death by two sons, Ricky and Gene.
A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery.
