Harriet Mae Coy, 91, Winona Lake, passed away at 9:45 p.m. May 18, 2015, at her residence.
She was born May 21, 1923, in Atwood, to Clarence F. and Lillie M. Sensibaugh Hoffer. In 1953, she married Sherman Coy Jr.
They lived in Warsaw until their divorce in 1976.
She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, where she attended Atwood High School. She was last employed at Warsaw Coil, where she retired in 1986. She enjoyed gardening, reading and NASCAR racing, but she especially enjoyed her family.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Carl Coy, Winona Lake; two daughters, Sandra England, Winona Lake, and Mildred Burchett, Peru; and six grandchildren:  Carl Coy Jr, Teresa Bubb, Shonda Burchett, Amy Burchett, Jason Hopkins and Elizabeth Swick. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
