AKRON - Harriet Alice Guillaume, 88, of Blair Ridge, formerly of Peru, died at 6:55 a.m. Aug. 18, 2010, in Life Care Center, Rochester.
She was born April 25, 1922, in Peru, to Dewey and Ruby Dingman Griswold. On Sept. 15, 1941, in Wabash, she married Richard W. Guillaume, who died in June 1991 in Deming, N.M.
She was a homemaker, a beautician and she owned her own shop.
Surviving are a daughter, Sonya A. (and spouse Bob) Morgan, Akron; a son, Wayne E. (and spouse Norma) Guillaume, Peru; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Burial will take place at a later date in New Mexico.
Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, is in charge of arrangements.
