Harold E. “Toby” Konkle, 59, Mentone, passed away April 16, 2016, at home, surrounded by family. He was born Dec. 14, 1956, in Warsaw, to Howard and Nancy Whitaker Konkle. On Sept. 27, 1980, he married Pattie Davis, who survives. He was a lifelong area resident and was employed with Dalton Foundry, retiring after 30 years of employment. He enjoyed camping, spending time with friends and family, playing games, watching western movies and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. He also is survived by two daughters, Beth Davis and Pamela (and spouse Anthony) Simcox, all of Warsaw; a son, Travis Konkle, Roanoke; eight grandchildren, Uria, Keegan, Dylan, Josef, Melyna, Karson, Desteny and Tristan; and a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents; a stepmother, Ruth Konkle; and a brother. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at 100 Saint Augustine Drive, Warsaw.
