NORTH MANCHESTER – Harlan A. Dietzel, 92, Timbercrest Senior Living Community, North Manchester, died Oct. 17, 2015. He was born Dec. 29, 1923, in Huron County, Mich. On Oct. 5, 1946, at the Smith Street Church of the Brethren, he married Mildred Anna Hobbs, Fort Wayne. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Timbercrest Chapel, North Manchester, with Pastor David Bibbee officiating. Burial will be in Leo Cemetery at a later date.
