Cardinal Services has named its new chief executive officer. The Board of Directors of Cardinal Services Friday announced the appointment of Randy Hall as the seventh CEO of Cardinal Services. Hall steps into the position most recently held by Jane Wear, whose retirement was effective yesterday. Joining the company in 1988, for the past 20 years Hall has been corporate vice president. He oversaw the programs and services offered by Cardinal.
