Editor, Times-Union: Is it chemicals in the water? Our strange masters at Indianapolis called legislators have gotten into the hair business. They voted to ban cosmetologists from trimming mustaches and beards. Which proves no matter how stupid the issue, if you rent a high-paid lobbyist going down the rabbit hole is easy.
