Editor, Times-Union: I’m not defending Mr. Trump; I can’t defend stupidity. I am defending guy talk, both men or women talking to their friends. Everybody embellishes or tries to impress their friends. Just like the fish story: Every time we tell the story, the fish gets bigger and bigger. Do you believe that, if Mr. Trump knew there was an open mic, he would still say what he did? Nobody likes people that brag, but it is only guy talk, not for the public.
