This is an Adult Guardianship case. In the event you do not appear at hearing the Court will enter an Order in your absence. Kosciusko Superior Court 1 is located at 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
That this Summons is being published pursuant to Indiana Rule of Trial Procedure 4.13. If Joshua Bloom seeks to contest the action and all matters related thereto, he must file an Appearance in the above-named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice by publication. If Joshua Bloom does not file a motion to contest the Action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in his absence. Be advised, the Court may enter Order as to all matters associated with this Adult Guardianship action.
