Brown have filed in the Kosciusko Superior Court 1, a Petition for Appointment for Co-Guardians Over the Person of Kayden Logan Bolen, Minor, and that a hearing has been scheduled to be heard in the Kosciusko Superior Court 1 on the 8th day of September, 2017, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., to determine whether said petition should be granted. All parties interested in such guardianship should appear in the Kosciusko Superior Court 1, located in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 North Lake street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, at the designated time.
If you fail to appear, the hearing will be had in your absence, and you will be bound by such determination as is made by the Judge of the Kosciusko Superior Court 1 at such hearing.
