Notice is hereby given that the Petition is scheduled for hearing in the Kosciusko Superior Court 1, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana on the 15th day of December, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. before said Court in the Kosciusko Justice Building, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.
