Gregory W. Swick, 48, of 114 W. Main St., Mentone, died at 3:30 a.m. May 30, 2008, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Aug. 3, 1959, in Rochester, to Donald and Margaret Smith Swick, who survive in Huachuca City, Ariz.
He was a self-employed pattern maker, a 1977 Tippecanoe Valley High School graduate and enjoyed NASCAR, golf and fishing.
Surviving are the love of his life, his daughter, Kayla Swick, Big Rapids, Mich.; three brothers: Tim (and spouse Ellen) Swick, Warsaw; Mark (and spouse Darlene) Swick, Kokomo; and Daniel (and spouse Sally) Swick, North Manchester; a sister, Amanda (and spouse Donald) Keelley, Peterborough, N.H.; six nephews; two nieces; and several great-nieces and -nephews.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Nichols Cemetery, CR 950 south of Mentone.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
