Goshen Pounds Wawasee 47-7

SYRACUSE -ÊWawasee faced Northern Lakes Conference opponent Goshen Friday in the final football game of the regular season. The Warriors fell to the No. 8 (4A) Redskins 47-7.

Goshen built up a hefty 41-0 lead before Logan Lees scored Wawasee's lone touchdown of the game on a 47- yard run.

Lees led the Warrior ground attack with 11 carries for 68 yards. He also caught four passes for 59 yards.

Wawasee, now 2-7, will travel to Concord for Friday's first-round sectional game.
