GOSHEN – Goshen Health Auxiliary scholarships are offered every year to help high school students pursue careers in health care, including nursing, pre-med and the sciences.
This year, the students collected their awards at a drive-through celebration at Goshen Church of the Brethren. The following Kosciusko County students were awarded $1,000:
• Braxton Gray, Wawasee High School – Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis
• Madelyn Long, Wawasee High School – Purdue University
• Ella Williamson, Wawasee High School – Purdue University Fort Wayne
“Providing these scholarships to our community are one of the highlights of our auxiliary’s work. We so enjoy the opportunity to support young people who are passionate about pursuing careers in health care,” said Larry Nafziger, past president and scholarship chair.
