Thank you to Republican candidate for Township Board Bruce Woodward for endorsing my Township Trustee candidacy on his website this week.
And, thank you to Republican Don Zolman for being willing to listen and hear my side as well. The office of Township Trustee doesn’t need to be partisan. It needs to be effective.
To that end, I’d like to take the opportunity to remind the community that the current Wayne Township Trustee’s office is holding their next public meeting this coming Thursday, October 4th at 4 p.m. at 553 S. Buffalo Street, across from the old Marsh. I’ll be in attendance to ask questions and to learn about the vision of the candidate Jeannie S. who currently works in the office and is running against me. I have not heard her articulate a vision or a plan for working with the community, or for what to do with the accumulated and unused voter funds of a million and a quarter dollars. Please join me in learning about local government and how they can partner with us to make Warsaw and Winona Lake better. If you’d like to know my vision, please watch.
