Goodwill Industries of Michiana Inc. will facilitate a Hiring Event with Peoplelink Staffing Solutions and Cardinal Services ready to hire at their Warsaw Community Career Center Feb. 19 from noon to 4 p.m. These staffing agencies will be seeking individuals for a variety of positions in fields from entry level to management, including office administration, clerical, assembly work and quality control for the orthopedic industry. Those interested in attending the hiring event are encouraged to dress professionally, bring a current resume – and a positive attitude. Candidates should also be prepared to interview for the position that day. “We encourage all applicants to meet employers, ask questions, apply for positions and interview on the spot. If their schedules allow, we welcome visitors prior to this event. They can discuss their resume, proper attire and practice their interview skills,” said Kelly Friend, Warsaw Community Career Center manager, in the event announcement. The hiring event is sponsored by Goodwill’s Workforce Development Services.
