Construction is well under way on the Plain Township Building, which is expected to be completed by June. The 10,743-square-foot building, located at the corner of Armstrong and Baseline roads just outside of Leesburg, will house a township fire station, EMS facilities, offices for the township trustee and assessor, and a public meeting room.
