I regard to the gentleman who referred to, and agreed with the billboards that say "You don't need God" etc., I've read the many letters that have responded. For we who do believe in God and believe we do need Him in our lives, knows what he means to us.
He is a living God, with whom we have been reconciled through his beloved son, Jesus Christ. He hears, listens and answers our prayers in his time, and according to his will for each of us as individuals. I read in a Sunday School lesson many years ago, "You have to experience it to explain it."
Psalm 90, verse 2: "Before the mountains were brought forth or ever you had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting. You are God!"
A God who makes no mistakes make His promises true and He never fails us.
Jesus died for all men, women, and children, so that we can have that reconciliation to God the Father, and Son. April 24, we will be celebrating the resurrection of the Savior, who sits at the right hand of the Father.
Know that He loves you, even if you don't believe that He exists and that we don't need Him. He does, and we do. God bless.
