Ned and Kimberly Raver, Columbia City, and Chris and Yvonne Goble, Albion, announce the engagement of their daughter, Taya Goble, Columbia City, to Justin Lampkin, Warsaw. He is the son of Scott and Mary Lampkin, Warsaw, and the late Debra Lampkin. The couple plan a Nov. 16 wedding.
