Gladys Hagg, 94, of 1630 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, died at 6:10 p.m. Feb. 14, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born May 20, 1914, in Pierceton, to Scott Paul and Rosa Viola Goodrich Ring. On Feb. 9, 1935, she married Arnold D. Hagg, who died Aug. 13, 1991.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she was a homemaker and helped her husband on the farm. She was a member of Oswego First Baptist Church, Warsaw, and a 1932 Pierceton High School graduate.
Surviving are a daughter, Rosalie (and spouse David) Nye, Warsaw; a son, Norm (and spouse Patricia) Hagg, Warsaw; five grandchildren: Mark Nye, Pasadena, Md.; Theresa Braun, Goshen; Beth Walker, Westland, Mich.; Mike Hagg, Silver Lake; and Brad Hagg, Warsaw; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Margaret Miller, Jefferson, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Paul and Eugene Ring.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Gary Colby officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.
Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. today and 8 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
