Glacie Faye Grubbs, 72, of Warsaw, died at 2:40 a.m. April 25, 2009, in Mason Health & Rehabilitation, Warsaw.

She was born July 28, 1936, in London, Ky., to John and Edna Cheek Mooney. On Feb. 15, 1975, in Rochester, she married Max Grubbs, who survives.

Living most of her life in Warsaw, she was a homemaker and a member of Victory Christian Church, Warsaw.

Also surviving are two sons, James (and spouse Jovita) Lewis, Goshen, and John (and spouse Londa) Lewis, Mentone; a daughter, Edna Pauline Bryie, Mishawaka; a stepdaughter, Lori Ann (and spouse Robert) Shaw, Indianapolis; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Cleda Janke, Indianapolis, and a brother, James (and spouse Nancy) Mooney, Rochester. She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Dean Lewis, who died in 1992, and two sisters, twin Gracie Mae Alderson and Lee Crook.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor Chad Burkhart of Victory Christian Church, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
