Rebecca Gigous and Mayford Combs were married June 2, 2007, at Neland Avenue Christian Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, Mich., with Pastor Leonard Kuyvenhoiven officiating. The bride is the daughter of Harry and Barbara Gigous, Warsaw; the groom's parents are Roy and Evelyn Combs, Vestaburg, Mich.
Maid of honor was Akeya Harper, Chicago, Ill.
Best man was Marty Combs, Crystal, Mich., brother of the groom.
A reception was held at Mangiamo! Restaurant, Grand Rapids.
The bride is emplyed as a senior writer with the Christian Reformed World Relief Committee. She is a 1996 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and received a bachelor's degree in business and communitcation from Greenville College and is a MBA candidate at Grand Valley State University.
The groom is employed as a manufacturing engineer with ATEK Medical. He earned a bachelor's degree from Ferris State University.
