KNOX - Geraldine Louise Dibbern, 72, of Pierceton, and formerly of Knox, died April 12, 2008, in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born May 21, 1935, in Peru, to Fred and Mary Hutton Hetzner. On Oct. 5, 1985, in Knox, she married Kenneth Dibbern, who preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and a member of Pierceton Senior Center and United Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Moose Lodge, Calico Quilt Club and Methodist Women's Club, all in Knox, and Red Hat Society. She volunteered at Knox Senior Center.

Surviving are a daughter, Tracey (and spouse Joe) Lardino, Pierceton; three sons: Kevin Densmore, Laporte; Doug (and spouse Janet) Densmore and Mike Densmore, both of Knox; three grandchildren; a brother, John Hetzner, Belleville, Wis.; and a sister, Martha Dowdy, Byrdstown, Tenn. She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and two sisters.

Services will be at 11 a.m. (CST) Wednesday at Knox United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ray Squibb officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Calling is from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, with a Moose memorial service at 7 p.m.
