George John Turczi Jr., 67, died March 15, 2008, in Plainfield.
He was born Dec. 17, 1940, in Hammond, to George John Sr. and Margaret Toth Turczi. He was formerly married to Willa Hanson.
Survivors include two sons, George (and spouse April) Turczi III, Warsaw, and Clint Turczi, Ligonier; four daughters: Chandi (and spouse Jason) Ratliff, Pierceton; Ashley Turczi, Pierceton; Andrea; Beverly; five grandchildren; four brothers: Michael Turczi, Michigan; David Turczi and Bill Miller, both of Indiana; Steve (and spouse Joan) Miller, Washington; and a sister, Margaret "Dolly" Blee, Gary. He was preceded in death by four brothers: Joe and Thomas Miller and Richard and Robert Turczi; and two sisters, Mary Ann Miller and Nancy "Jean" Koepl.
No visitation or service are planned. Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
