In 1979, the McNutts were called to serve as missionaries in New Mexico and Arizona, to the Navajo Indian Nation. Geneva took a job at Navajo Health Center in 1987 in Tsaile, Ariz. Retiring to Columbia City in 1997, the couple were called to serve the Ari Church of God in Churubusco from 2001-2010. She lost her beloved husband of 48 years, Carroll, on Jan. 29, 2022.
Proud of her 31 years of service as an RN, she raised her first three children, then Carroll’s three daughters. Along with her husband, she enjoyed sharing the word of Jesus Christ our Savior. She loved Christian music, loved to sing and played the accordion and the piano.
