SYRACUSE - Gayle Louise Wight, 66, of Eaton Rapids, Mich., and formerly of Syracuse, died at 8:37 p.m. April 29, 2009, in Green Beach Memorial Hospital, Charlotte, Mich.
She was born Dec. 12, 1942, in Omaha, Neb., to Clifford and Phyllis Stanley Rowe, who survive. She married William Wight, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lisa D. (and spouse Chris) Peterson, Fort Wayne, and Penny M. Gilbert, Columbia, Mo.; two grandsons; a sister, Lynn Kowalski, St. George, Utah; and a brother, Roger (and spouse Raquel) Rowe, Redding, Calif.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Syracuse Cemetery.
No calling is planned.
