The Gateway Education Center will host a dedication ceremony Dec. 18 at 1 p.m. to rename the library in honor of the late Dr. David McGuire. McGuire was instrumental in establishing the Alternative Learning Center now known as the Gateway Education Center. He had a long career in education, including many years with Warsaw Community Schools where he was a teacher, principal and superintendent. McGuire's legacy of learning through reading will be extended through the recently revitalized library program at the Gateway Education Center.
