GARRETT – The Garrett American Legion Post 178, 515 W. Fifth Ave., will host an open house at 6 p.m. Dec. 16. The topic will be “Agent Orange” and the illnesses that are associated with it and the people who should be or should have been covered. If you are a Vietnam veteran or your family member was a Vietnam veteran, you are encouraged to attend. After a short presentation, there will be time for questions. Admission to the open house is free and attendees do not need to be members. There will be food available to purchase, with service starting at 5:30 p.m. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase with proper identification.
